We offer a free collection and delivery service to customers within a 5 mile radius of postcode CF71 7DZ for orders of £20.00 or more. A 50 pence per mile charge is applied for every mile outside this zone. Alternatively, you can drop off/pick up your ironing directly from us, by prior arrangement. Your ironing will be ready within 72 hours. Should you require a quicker turnaround, please ask as we may be able to assist. We are happy to pick up from your home or place of work.

All ironing is freshly returned to you neatly hung. Our delivery van has hanging rails which means your ironing will not get crushed/creased on its return journey to you. We recycle our clothes hangers so would appreciate customers returning hangers at the next collection/drop-off. Alternatively, we are more than happy for you to provide your own hangers; please let us know.

All bedding will be returned folded neatly and stacked in a carry bag (that can be provided upon request).

You are encouraged to inform us if you have any specific requirements eg creases in jeans or trousers, use of starch etc.

Should you prefer some consistency with your collections and deliveries, we offer regular slots on the basis that suits you best. Some customers prefer weekly collections whilst others find that two-weekly or monthly collections better fit their needs. Regular orders can be easily arranged; please let us know.
