Use of our service implies acceptance and agreement to our terms
- Payment of your ironing is required upon receipt, by cash or bank transfer.
- All items collected by us/dropped off by you should be placed in a basket or bag, folded, unbuttoned and not be inside-out.
- Please let us know if parking is an issue outside your home or workplace as it will assist in providing you with a speedy service and ensure we do not cause any unnecessary obstruction to neighbours or other road users. Alternatively, please consider dropping off and picking up your ironing directly from us.
- Items being dropped off to us will be pre-arranged for us to take receipt and not left outside the premises.
- Ironing will be returned to you within 72 hours (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed).
- All ironing will be returned on hangers, except items such as bedding, table cloths and towels etc that will be returned to you folded.
- Unless otherwise agreed, all ironing will be carried out following the instructions on the label, where it is legible.
- We advise you to inspect your returned ironing upon receipt. In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your standards then please call so that we can collect the items and re-iron them for you.
- We reserve the right not to iron certain items if they are damaged, dirty, stained or shiny.
- Any damaged items collected will be returned to you un-ironed to avoid any discrepancies.
- If you have a regular collection and delivery slot booked with us, we ask that you give 24 hours notice should you wish to change or cancel it.
- Upon request, we can arrange for small repairs and alterations to be carried out eg missing buttons, broken zips, hems etc.
- Any loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- In the unlikely event of loss or damage, we will compensate up to a maximum of £30 per item.
- Minimum orders that can be placed is £10.00 and orders up to the value of £20.00 will be subject to 50 pence per mile charge if collected/delivered by us (exempt from free delivery).
- We reserve the right to make an additional delivery/collection charge of £1.00 if bookings are not kept.
- Prices correct from April 2023 and are subject to annual change/review.
- All items are costed individually via our price calculator and not by basket, bag, box etc.
